Business and Technology driven learning programs are also provided for Technicians and Operators in each discipline and business areas to enhance their knowledge-based skills.

In each of the discipline learning outcomes are specified and developed to competence levels: Awareness, Knowledge, Skill & Mastery. Learning interventions are categorised under each discipline into four main groups listed below based on Job Assignment and individual needs. These groups are developed into respective Discipline Learning Ladders as workforce grows in the company.

  1. Foundation - First Year Courses;
  2. Functional (Fundamental) Courses - Year 1 to 3+;
  3. Supervisory (Intermediate) Courses - Year 4 to 6+;
  4. Management/Advance Technical Training Courses - Year 5 to 10+


In each of these groups we also identify three individual areas of needs:

  • Third-party facilities like Ogere Training Centre, Shagamu, Ogun State, and standard, safe and secured suitable Hotels.


Learning Event Administration

Joining Instructions

Learning events are being administered through our online platform where we publish our range of courses with our learning plan. Interested participants are enjoined to register on the platform to obtain password to have full access. Participants can then enrol for those events suitable for them. Joining Instructions will be sent to accepted participants via the online platform at least two weeks to the start of the event.

Venue

Our events are held in safe and secured suitable environment either in any of our Learning Facilities or in a suitable customer facility or in any suitable third-party facility.

Accommodation

For resident events participants made their own arrangement for accommodation.  For resident and non-resident events participants arrange their logistics to and from the events venue.

Payments for Published Events

Participants made payments online for most of our courses after acceptance following enrolment on the platform. These payments are guided by applied terms and conditions.
